if an item is not to your liking, damaged or the wrong item was sent the issue must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receiving the item or items,
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
should you qualify for a return, shipping back to our premises is the responsibility of the customer.
return shipping can be arranged through the customers own third party courier or with by the shop using our preferred courier, the cost of return shipping lies with the customer. it is available from the courier company used for the original deliver with the cost being charged to the customer at 8 euro per 30 kg package to be returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, the issue must be brought to our attention within 24hrs so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
any item opened or used can not be returned or refunded, including but not limited to drinkers, perches, nesting material. if purchased as a set of 10 or so then the set in its entirety must be returned not individuals or less than quantities purchases, if in a set of 10 or so one or more items arrives damaged photographic proof must be sent to birdjungleireland@gmail.com within 24 hours and credit in the value of the damaged items shall be put on to the customers account, or the can be reshipped with the customer paying for the cost of shipping.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have to the store if possible, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
