what is my order status ?
our site use a manual capture payment system so we can ensure everything ordered is available for dispatch as soon as possible, once we your payment is taken manually by one of the staff members your order will be packaged and dispatched. our courier only collect Monday to Friday, therefore an order placed on Friday before the cut off time will be not be in transit over the weekend but instead be the shipped out by the courier on Monday.
can I order a product I know is available in the shop but isn't currently on the shop ?
yes you can, simple get in contact via the chat app or through email to birdjungleireland@gmail.com with what you would like to order and we can do it all for you hassle free.
do you ship livestock ?.
no we do not.
What's the best way to stay in contact with the store ?
